Porn and tube site development
transcoding · adult CDN · 2257 · DMCA

A porn site is a video infrastructure problem wearing a website costume. The parts that decide whether it lives are the ingest and transcoding pipeline, a CDN that will not drop you after the first abuse report, 2257 record-keeping that survives an audit, and a DMCA workflow that answers within the statutory window. We build all four, plus the player and the paywall on top.

The problem

Why a generic video CMS does not survive adult

A stock video theme plus a mainstream CDN gets you to launch and no further. The host suspends you on the first abuse report, the payment processor declines the MCC, and you have no way to answer a 2257 request or a DMCA notice inside the deadline. Each of those is enough to end the site.

What we build

The parts that are actually hard

Ingest and transcoding
Upload or S3 ingest, automatic transcoding to an adaptive ladder, thumbnail and preview generation, and storage that does not cost more than the traffic earns.
Player and paywall
HLS player with pre-roll, mid-roll and a subscription or per-clip paywall. Token-signed URLs so the file is not a public link the moment it renders.
2257 record-keeping
Performer identity records tied to each scene, custodian of records details on the page as the statute requires, and an export an auditor can actually read.
DMCA and content ops
A notice intake form, an internal queue with timestamps, and a takedown flow that closes inside the window. Repeat-infringer policy included.
Moderation
Automated CSAM and age screening before publish, plus a human review queue. This is the check that decides whether a host keeps you.
Revenue
Ad network integration, tube-to-paysite funnels, or subscription. The model decides the architecture, so we pick it before writing code, not after.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you host the content?
No - we build and integrate, we do not host adult video ourselves. We set the platform up on an adult-tolerant provider and CDN, and we tell you plainly which ones have been stable and which have not.
What about 2257 if we license content?
The record-keeping obligation follows the content. If you license, you need the producer's records available and the custodian statement on the site. We build the vault either way - who fills it depends on your licensing contract.
How fast does a tube site rank?
Slower than an escort directory and much slower than a landing page: the category is competitive and Google is cautious with it. Plan on months, and plan the architecture for it - URL structure, tag pages and internal linking decide most of it.
Do you work with jurisdictions where this is illegal?
No. We build for operators registered where the product is lawful, and we geo-block the places where it is not. That constraint is in the architecture from day one, not bolted on later.
